All FAQsWhat are your opening hours?
We are open 7 days, 8:00am – 7:00pm. We do not offer a 24/7 or after-hours callout service. Outside those hours, send a quote request and we will reply once we open.
Where are you based?

Do I need to prove I own the property before a lockout?
Yes. Before we open a locked door we ask for reasonable proof that you live there or are authorised to enter — for example ID showing the address, a lease, or confirmation from the owner or building manager. It protects you as much as anyone.
How much does a locksmith cost?
